You know what the fastest way to get someone to quit something is? Make them lose hope about it.

Losing hope doesn’t always mean that you’re trying something and in the end you lose hope because you’re not able to succeed at it. One can also lose hope when they’re able to predict a dead end.

For example, you might think I lost hope in pursuing a career in music because I’m bad at it (I am bad at it though), but the bigger reason was that the path led me to nowhere. It didn’t lead me to the life I wanted for myself. So it didn’t make sense to pursue it. The same goes with CA.

Apply the same to addictions. Chasing girls leads you to nowhere because kitno ko chase karoge? The world is filled with beautiful women. Kitno ko impress karoge? Thak jaaoge.

Drugs make you high. Kab tak loge? Kitne better drugs loge to get a better high? Thak jaaoge. That’s a dead end.

Worthless things always have a dead end. What’s the point of chasing something when you know it leads you nowhere?
