Worst way to deal with your problem

The worst way to deal with your problem is to compare it with someone else’s and conclude that your problem isn’t big enough/ doesn’t need much attention.

It’s like a short-term high. It’ll only make you feel better for some time and when the problem strikes back, you’ll be in misery again.

Think about it, in the long run, why would this way be useful?

It doesn’t solve their problem and it certainly doesn’t solve yours too. Who the f*ck is benefitting from this way of thinking?
