Get little things in order

I’ve noticed that every time I’m feeling low or have a sense of nihilism, it’s not because of the big things happening in life (career/ studies).

It’s the small things that I used to do every day that gave me a sense of progress (meditating, working out, reading books).

Every time I felt low I would blame it on the big things like “Studies aren’t worth shit” or “Am I in the right career?”. And yes they might be something to worry about. But not something to always be blamed on.

But seldom do I focus on the small things. Small habits that are slipping away. Things that will actually help me in the long run.

Have to get little things in order before focusing.
